FACCI respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information provided through our website.FACCI is a nationally operating incorporated association representing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses and their representative Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations across Australia.This Privacy Policy explains how FACCI collects, uses, stores and protects personal information in connection with its website.FACCI handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles where applicable.

FACCI only requests personal information when you voluntarily submit an enquiry through our website contact form. 10. Automated Decision-Making

FACCI does not currently use automated decision-making systems to make decisions that significantly affect individuals. If this changes, we will review and update this Privacy Policy as required.
